Use this option and send your device to us , or deliver in person in-store using our booking procedure HERE , after you purchase this service.
We will diagnose and quote all issues with your device and give you detailed feedback on how to proceed with the repair. In the case a "no repair" is warranted then we will assist in any way we can. Do check our used machines in store if we have stock.
Details of where to send your device are provided but all devices are sent at your own risk. Please package them properly as we accept no responsibility for the device once it has left our store.
This is not a final price for the work - it is a quote and the quote will reflect this work. In the case where there is a "No repair" this fee will still be charged as will return postage costs should the client need it returned
